 SOUTH HAMPTON features a Mark McCumber 18 hole course with homes along nearly every hole.
Yet more than half of the holes border heavily wooded conservation areas, as
do most homes that don't back to the golf course. The result is a choice of
forest and beautiful golf course views. This community has sold out of available lots. The golf
course is very popular and quite busy. It features excellent practice
facilities, including a separate area for members only.

South Hampton borders a large forest, resulting in a lot of wildlife. In
addition to the usual large variety of birds, I have seen deer, fox, otters,
eagles and osprey here - but no alligators (yet).
