MAGNOLIA POINT GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB is the southernmost golf course community in Clay County, situated on the outskirts of Green Cove Springs. This 1,000+ acre gated community includes a semi-private 27-hole Mark McCumber designed golf course, 7 clay tennis courts (4 lighted), and a Junior-Olympic swimming pool. Magnolia Point is still growing, with about 500 homes completed out of a planned 900. The course is unique, both in the diversity of the 27 holes, and in that every green is framed with a backdrop of oaks, pines, and flowering trees.
