JULINGTON CREEK PLANTATION

JULINGTON CREEK is situated just south of the creek whose name it bears, in the northwest corner of St. Johns county. An 18 hole championship golf course meanders through the neighborhoods of Julington Creek Plantation. The Champions Club golf course was designed by Steve Melnyk and built in 1992. It has hosted the Hooter's Tour Open of Jacksonville 4 times.

At 4200 acres, Julington Creek Plantation is one of the largest planned development communities in the First Coast region. There are 5400 completed homes, with room for a total of 6200 including condominiums and townhomes. The development includes 1200 acres of nature preserve, 100 acres of lakes, 7 miles of biking and jogging trails, and 10 soccer and baseball fields.
